Med Newsroom is committed to correcting material errors fairly, promptly and transparently.
How to Request a Correction
Email admin@mednewsroom.in with the article URL, the disputed statement, your proposed correction and supporting evidence.
What We Review
We review factual errors involving names, dates, qualifications, quotations, statistics, regulatory status and other verifiable information. A disagreement with analysis or editorial judgement is not automatically a factual error, but we will consider evidence presented in good faith.
How Corrections Are Made
Material errors may be corrected in the article with an editor’s note explaining the change. Minor spelling, grammar or formatting corrections that do not alter meaning may be made without a separate note.
Right of Reply
A person or organisation materially affected by our reporting may submit a concise response supported by relevant facts. Publication and placement remain editorial decisions.
Removal Requests
We do not normally remove accurate, lawfully published reporting solely because it is inconvenient. We will consider removal or anonymisation where required by law, justified by overriding safety or privacy concerns, or necessary to correct serious harm.
