Pimpri, Pune : In a moment of pride for India and a groundbreaking step in global medical education, Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Pimpri, Pune, has inaugurated the world’s first Hybrid ENT Skill Lab the EndoPlay Skill Lab.
This unique facility was launched under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Dr. P. D. Patil, Hon’ble Dr. Bhagyashree Patil, and Hon’ble Dr. Yashraj Patil, showcasing the institution’s unwavering commitment to innovation, research, and academic excellence.


The lab integrates advanced microscopic and two-handed endoscopic ENT surgical techniques, powered by the US-patented EndoHold system, setting a new global standard for ENT skill development.

The first Hybrid Temporal Bone Dissection Workshop held during the launch trained a select group of ENT surgeons and postgraduate students from various institutions, providing them with first-hand exposure to this one-of-a-kind hybrid dissection platform.
