Agra, May 24, 2025 – Artemis Hospitals, in association with the Association of Surgeons of India, successfully organized a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program focusing on Liver Transplant and Surgical Oncology at Hotel Taj View, Agra. The event drew the attention of numerous medical professionals from across the region and aimed to foster knowledge exchange on some of the most complex and evolving areas in modern surgical practice.


The CME featured insightful sessions led by prominent experts, including Dr. Giriraj Bora, Chief of Liver Transplant and Senior Consultant in GI & HPB Surgery, and Dr. Vartika Vishwani, Consultant in Surgical Oncology. Their presentations focused on key advancements in liver transplantation, including innovative surgical techniques, newer immunosuppressive therapies, and best practices in post-operative care and patient management.
A dedicated session on Surgical Oncology & Thoracic Surgery also provided attendees with critical updates on evolving surgical protocols, cancer treatment innovations, and multidisciplinary approaches for optimal patient outcomes.
