Ludhiana, June 2025 – The Department of Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital (DMC&H), in collaboration with several esteemed organizations, successfully hosted a one-day Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme titled “Research Methodology Made Easy II: Translating Clinical Experience into Evidence.” The event was held at the Dumra Auditorium at DMC&H and witnessed significant participation from professionals across the region.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including Shri Bipin Gupta, Hon. Secretary of DMC Managing Society; Shri Mukesh Verma, Treasurer; Dr. Sandeep Kaushal, Dean Academics; Dr. Manoj Sobti, Member of Punjab Medical Council; and Dr. Sukhjot Kaur, Professor and Head of the Department of Dermatology at DMC&H.
Dr. Feroze Kalidyan, Professor & Head of Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Kerala, delivered the keynote address, offering valuable insights on clinical photography in dermatology research and the application of Artificial Intelligence in medical research.

Over 100 delegates from Punjab, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh participated in the CME, contributing to its success. The event was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the Dermatology Department’s faculty and residents. The department extends its gratitude to the DMC&H management for their continued support in organizing such impactful academic initiatives.
